Middle East

The Middle East is rich in culture & tradition with the edge of modern living brazenly visible in some of the larger cities. So diverse is this region, caught between Asia, Africa & the Mediterranean, you can find many exotic holidays in countries which are becoming more and more popular. There are arrays of possibilities in the Middle East from Dubai holidays, Jordan holidays to a family holiday in Egypt. Holidays in the Middle East can range from Nile cruise holidays to holidays to United Arab Emirates.

Egypt

Most people who think of Egypt think of antiquities, but Egypt offers much more. Certainly it is a prime location to see our great heritage from the ancient world, including Pyramids and wonderful temples, but it is also part of the Holy Land, and tours to Christian and other religious monuments are popular. Yet Egypt also offers nature and desert treks, great scuba diving and even golf, fishing and birding expeditions. One may choose to relax on the wondrous Egypt Red Sea or Sinai coasts, take in the high culture of Cairo, or even leisurely float down the Egyptian Nile on a luxurious river boat.

Sharm el Sheikh

Imagine yourself in one of the most beautiful and famous deep-sea diving paradises in the world. Your dreams of crystal clear water, magnificent corals, exotic under water flora and rare tropical fish all come true when you visit Sharm El Sheikh. Plus about all the amenities one could expect of a tourist center, including casinos, discos and nightclubs, golf courses and health facilities. In fact, with diving and snorkeling, windsurfing and other water sports, horses and camel riding, desert safaris, and great nearby antiquities attractions, it is almost impossible for a visitor to ever suffer from boredom.

Syria

The heart of Syria is in the capital Damascus. According to historical accounts, Damascus is over 7000 years old and is the oldest and permanently populated town that still exists on earth. The old town is surrounded by roman walls and was added to the UNESCO's list of world heritage sites in 1979 as it offers an impressive number of historical sights. Of particular beauty are the numerous large Islamic buildings and the wonderfully colorful oriental bazaars. The damascenes are famous and proud of their handicrafts, as they are considered amongst the best in the Arab world.

Lebanon

Beirut, Lebanon's capitol city, is a vibrant, stylish metropolis with all of the fun fashion and flare that any city lover would look for ranking it among the world's top tourist destinations. Being perched on the shore of the marvelous Mediterranean Sea, Beirut has a special climate that is perfect for year round visits. Don't forget exploring the treasures of the country's national museum or dancing till the break of dawn at one of the many Lebanese trendy clubs or lounges or even relaxing away at one of the country's numerous relaxation spas or leisure clubs.

Jordan

If you have any fascination with the past, any interest in archaeology or any taste for spectacular desert landscapes, an adventure holiday in Jordan is probably the one for you. It's also a friendly and pleasant country to travel through. The infrastructure is excellent and the people here are invariably welcoming. The Middle East may be far from peaceful, but you'd never guess that in Jordan. Highlights: Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.
